Overview
Overview
Morpheus8 is a minimally invasive, deep fractional RF (radiofrequency) microneedling treatment of fine lines and wrinkles, acne scars, pore size reduction and overall skin concerns. The device combines the power of radiofrequency and micro-needling to help renew many areas of the face and body.
How it works
How it works
RF energy is delivered through bipolar arrays of pin electrodes providing a triple action of sub-necrotic bulk heating, coagulation of fat and connective tissue, and ablation. The result is improvement in skin surface irregularities, skin tone, laxity, fine lines, wrinkles, and indented scars
Why we use Morpheus 8?
Why we use Morpheus 8?
Fractionated RF energy is a scientifically proven method to reduce wrinkles and rebuild collagen and fat. It is minimally invasive, using a matrix of micro pins to renew deeper layers of the skin with almost no downtime. The device offers a range of settings that can be customized for patient’s condition and treatment goal.

FAQ
Have further questions or want to learn more?
How many treatments will I need?
Depending on your Morpheus8 treatment regime you can expect to have between 1-3 sessions. Generally, one assertive, strong treatment is all that needed. However, it may require longer downtime of 10-14 days. For those patients who opt to have more moderate treatment program, one treatment a month for three month is required.
How much downtime can I expect after a Morpheus8 Treatment?
With a single assertive, strong treatment protocol, patients should expect to take 5-7 day to recover from swelling. There is no significant crusting, weeping, or oozing as compared to some strong ablative lasers. Patients who opt for a more moderate energy treatment protocol, can take one day off after each treatment, and is suited for a weekend intervention appointment.
How long do result last?
Since RF technology helps boost collagen production over time, results will continue to improve up to 3 months after the initial treatment. Patients may choose to have once a year maintenance treatment to ensure results are long-lasting. It is also safe and very common to incorporate other aesthetic treatments to complement their Morpheus8 results.
Dose Morpheus8 Treatment Hurt?
Although Morpheus8 uses needles, it’s not usually painful. Any discomfort that is felt during the treatment is often very tolerable. Our team will also apply a numbing cream to ensure optimal comfort during your session. Energy level, needle penetration depth can also be adjusted to suit patient tolerability.
Can other treatments be incorporated with the Morpheus8?
It is most common that Morpheus8 patients have several other aesthetic treatments performed at the same time to address other ageing signs and symptoms that skin tightening and lifting along does not address. Anti-wrinkle injection, dermal fillers, IPL, thread lifting can be performed at the same time.
Can Morpheus8 also help stretch marks?
Yes. While stretch marks are harmless, there are a variety of ways to reduce the appearance of stretch marks for smooth-looking skin. Morpheus8 is an advanced technology that can also help to reduce the appearance of stretch marks.
Are there any significant risks with “Morpheus Lift”?
There are always risks with any medical procedure, even anti-wrinkle injection, soft tissue fillers, and other laser treatments have potential complications, but Morpheus8 has advanced safety features and internal thermal feedback make the risk substantially less than other popular resurfacing lasers. However, there is always the rare risk of scars and pigment issues, but these would be discussed at the time of your consultation and minimized with the parameter and settings unique to your skin.
